Homeownership Orientation

Offered currently on a semi-annual basis in Saint Cloud, the Homeownership Program Orientation meetings last one hour and offers a detailed explanation of the application process. You must complete the Pre Screen Intake form prior to participating in the orientation program.

Arrive on time! Late persons will not be admitted once the presentation begins, late comers will be required to attend a later scheduled orientation.

Prospective applicants who speak English as a second language are asked to bring their own interpreter. We do not provide interpreters.

Please Note: For the courtesy of others, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to attend the orientation and childcare is not available, so please make child care arrangements for children.
