ReStore Task Force

Habitat ReStores are retail outlets that re-sell new and used building and household materials donated by large companies, job sites, and individuals. Proceeds from ReStores help Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity fund the construction of Habitat houses within the community. Central Minnesota currently does not have a ReStore, but are in the planning stage of creating one.

Responsibilities
Evaluate feasibility, develop business plan, and make recommendation to the Board for a Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The aim is to provide practical approaches to the growing number of needs of a  ReStore that include things such as facility maintenance, donations, budget preparation and volunteer oversight.

Skill Qualifications
experience in business management or marketing a plus.

Time Commitment
Must be able to attend a few meetings a month.

Training and Supervision
Training and supervision will be done by the CMHFH staff.
