Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity uses volunteers to enter donor and volunteer information into our database, Raiser's Edge.
Expectations
Data entry organization volunteers will work with confidential and sensitive information so professional discretion is expected.
Volunteer Impact
Data entry organization volunteers help save our staff time and keep Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity's office operating efficiently. This also allows us to use more of our funds to house low-income families.
Skills
A familiarity with computer databases, an attention to detail, and keyboarding skills. Office and filing experience is also preferred.
Time Commitment
Is flexible but once a week commitment for 3-4 hours is preferred. We also prefer that volunteers commit to doing 15-20 hours, which is flexible and can be scheduled to fit their and the office's schedules.
Training and Supervision
Provided by the Administrative Director or Volunteer Coordinator.
